New donor need to have a basic physical performed by one of our in house physician substitutes. All donations are on a walk-in basis only, never need to make an appointment. You will need to bring the following items with you when you come:

2. SS card (or other legal proof of SS#)
3. Proof of address
You also should eat a good meal and drink plenty of water prior to donations.
